Erik Van Der Veken – Jasna Medar portretna in studijska fotografija
Vesela sem, če ulovim to minutko. Za portret posebnih ljudi.
Eni jo jemo, drugi jo oblikujejo. Čokolado.
Torterija je ne dolgo nazaj organizirala tečaj za slaščičarje, kamor sem bila povabljena kot fotografinja tudi jaz. Erik Van Der Veken z Irske, veliki mojster čokolade, je tokrat širil svoje znanje in izkušnje v Ljubljani. Atmosfera je bila top! Kljub temu, da nisem iz te stroke, sem z zanimanjem občudovala to kreiranje in umetnost. In kako pridno so delali in se učili. Res je hudo videt ljudi, ki delajo nekaj z veliko strastjo.
Predvsem je krasno videt moški spol s kuhinjsko krpo. 🙂 Šalo na stran. Vsi so bili zelo pridni in predani.

One is eating it, others are shaping it. Chocolate.
Torterija organized a course for confectioners, where I was invited as a photographer too. Erik Van Der Veken from Ireland, the great master of chocolate, has spread his knowledge and experiences in Ljubljana. The atmosphere was amazing! Even though I am not in this profession, I was delighted with all of his creations and art. And how hard participants worked and how much they learned. It’s really awesome to see people doing something with such passion.
Above all it’s nice to see all the male in the kitchen with a kitchen cloth. 🙂 A joke on the side. They were all very good and devoted.
